Orbis Gather Platform
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Orbis Gather ("Orbis Gather", "we", "us", "platform"), governing your access to and use of the Orbis Gather website, applications, APIs, and associated services.
By accessing, registering an account, or utilizing any features of Orbis Gather, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Definitions
The following key terms have the meanings designated below:

3. User Eligibility & Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility Criteria
You must be of the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction (or have obtained explicit parental/guardian consent if you are a minor) and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
3.2 Account Registration
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information upon registration and keep it updated.
- Creating fictitious accounts, impersonating others, or using unauthorized credentials is strictly prohibited.
- Each user should maintain a single primary account, unless granted organizational/official account privileges.
3.3 Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify Orbis Gather immediately.
3.4 Official Accounts for Fanbases, Artists & Organizers
Official verification status requires accreditation through our verification pipeline. Orbis Gather reserves the sole right to approve, deny, or revoke official badges upon discovering policy violations.
4. Scope of Services
Orbis Gather operates as a fandom aggregation hub providing artist directory profiles, event schedules, seating visualizers, merchandise calculators, and fanbase community hubs.
5. Acceptable Use & Prohibitions
Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities across the platform:
5.1 Content & False Information
- Publishing fake news, defamatory or misleading rumors
- Posting sexually explicit, hateful, or discriminatory content
- Infringing third-party copyrights or trademarks
- Distributing spam, repetitive ads, or commercial scams
5.2 User Conduct & Harassment
- Bullying, harassing, or doxxing community members
- Impersonating artists, fanbase admins, or staff
- Harvesting personal data without consent
5.3 System Security & Integrity
- Attempting unauthorized hacking or account breaches
- Using automated scraping scripts or data scrapers
- Injecting malware, viruses, or disruptive DDoS attacks
5.4 Unauthorized Commercial Exploitation
- Commercializing platform data without contracts
- Selling unofficial bot voting / cheer battle scripts
Violations may result in immediate content removal, temporary suspension, permanent termination, and legal prosecution.
6. User-Generated Content (UGC)
You retain ownership of any content you create and post on Orbis Gather (such as comments, pinned seat reviews, photos). By publishing content on our platform, you grant Orbis Gather a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for platform operations.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Orbis Gather brand name, logo, UI/UX designs, software, database structure, and source code are the intellectual property of Orbis Gather or its licensors. Artist profiles, promotional materials, music, and official videos remain the exclusive property of the respective artists, music agencies, and copyright owners.
8. Third-Party Services & Links
Orbis Gather may display links or embed feeds from third-party services (e.g., X, Instagram, YouTube, ticketing vendors). We exercise no control over and assume no liability for the content, security, or commercial transactions conducted on third-party sites.
9. Notifications & Communications
We may send you operational alerts, event reminders, or fandom updates through enabled communication channels (push notifications, email). You may manage your preferences via Account Settings, except for essential service notices.
10. Business Partner Services (Agency Portal)
Commercial services for brands, agencies, and organizers (e.g., brand-artist matchmaking, aggregated audience insight analytics, venue capacity forecasting) are governed by dedicated Service Agreements and strict compliance with our Privacy Policy
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Orbis Gather is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all aggregated external schedules or details will be 100% uninterrupted, error-free, or perpetually up to date.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orbis Gather, its affiliates, directors, and developers shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-opportunity damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orbis Gather and its team from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable attorney fees arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.
14. Account Suspension & Termination
By Orbis Gather: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in policy breaches, malicious exploits, or security threats.

18. Severability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, with the courts of Thailand having exclusive jurisdiction.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Orbis Gather concerning the platform services.
